The offerings included in-person, instructor-led workshops, eLearnings complete with role-playing and scenario based interactions, and infographics and job aids for quick refreshers for specific frameworks, for example the One-Minute Redirect, and 1:1 coaching sessions.
Results: Leaders experienced customized learnings tailored for their specific core competency needs leading to an increase in Team Member morale by 25% and an positive increase in overall job performance at the yearly review.
